Nepalese woman was raped, this way in Delhi.

Delhi, April 19 – A 19year-old Nepalese woman was gang-raped by three men after being abducted on the pretext of giving her a lift. She was found in a semi-conscious and semi-naked state in Moti Bagh area in South Delhi on Thursday morning.

"The victim was intoxicated and was not able to speak properly. She was regaining her consciousness at frequent intervals and gave us her statement in writing. A case of sexual assault was later registered against three persons at South Campus police station," said a police officer.

The woman is married and works as a domestic help in Defence Colony, while her husband is employed with a private company.

Passersby noticed the woman outside Nanakpura gurdwara in the morning. "I found her sitting under the foot over-bridge in a bad condition. When I went up to her to ask what had happened, she wrote her name, Nepal, Kotla Mubarakpur and rape on the ground with a piece of brick," said a tea vendor who made the PCR call.

The victim is undergoing treatment at Safdarjung Hospital.

According to sources, in her statement to the police, the victim said that on Wednesday night she had gone to meet her brother at Chirag Dilli. When she found his house locked up, she decided to come back and was looking for conveyance. A man in a car approached her and asked her way to Malviya Nagar.

She told him the way and said she wanted to go to Kotla Mubarakpur. The man offered her a lift in his car and drove her to Vasant Vihar, from where he picked up two of his friends and drove down to Gurgaon. There, they took her to a guest house, forcibly gave her drinks mixed with sedatives and allegedly raped her.

In the morning, she found herself in an open field. She somehow managed to get an auto that dropped her in front of the gurudwara, the victim told.
