Dahal meets Chinese VP, foreign minister

Kathmandu,April 18-UCPN (Maoist) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who is currently on a week-long China visit, called on Vice-President of China, Li Yuonchao, on Wednesday and discussed issues of bilateral relations and mutual interests between Nepal and China.

During the meeting, the two leaders stressed on strengthening the age-old relations between the two countries further.
On the occasion, Dahal briefed the Chinese Vice-President about the latest political development in Nepal.
In reply, the Chinese Vice-President said the Chinese government was always ready to extend all necessary help and support to Nepal to ensure its development as well as political and economic stability.
