Nepal celebrating New Year 2070 B.S. Today

Kathmandu, April 14 – Nepal is celebrating New Year 2070 today. Various proggrame has been  organized in kathmandu valley as a new year celebration. New Year Eve has also been supported  bydifferent tv channels  with live programmes.

Welcoming the new year 2070 various political parties incliuding president Ram baran yadav and chairman of interim election council Khilraj Regmi has wished happiness and prosperity for all Nepali people.

Likewise U.S. President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry have extended greetings to the Nepali people on the occasion of Nepali New Year 2070 (Bikram Sambat).
