Rabi Lamichhane set a new world hosting 62hrs talk show:Nepal

Kathmandu, April 14 – A Nepalese television presenter Rabi Lamichhane has set a new world record after hosting a televised talk show that lasted for over hosting 62 hours .

Over the course of the show he talked to politicians, actors, singers, sports personalities, entrepreneurs and journalists.Lamichhane had started the longest marathon talk from Chaitra 29 at 10:36 am and ended at 10:36 0n saturday.

The Talk show had begun from Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahalpuspa kamal dahal(prachanda) and ended with the the Famous Nepali television personalities Madan Krishna Shrestha and Haribansha Acharaya.

Nepalis called in from around the world to discuss the theme, Buddha was born in Nepal.

Mr Lamichhane beat the previous record of 52 hours, held by a talk show in Ukraine.

He ate on camera, and by the time he finished, as he was heading towards a third full day of continuous broadcasting.For the investigation member of world record had visited news 24 television since friday night.
