Butter Milk production to be increased

Kathmandu April 8 – Government of Nepal has decided to uplift the production of butter milk in Nepal. It used to be produced in kathmandu only as a cold drinks.

As per the government plan it will now be produced from Kohalphur district along with Attariya distribution project as well.

The  Dairy Development Corporation will begin the additional production and trading of butter milk from coming Baishak 1.

Before this decision, The  Dairy Development corporation used to produce and trade  butter milk for only one season.
