Pashmina export has desreased.

Kathmandu April 6 – Nepali pashmina export has decreased due to high competition In international market. Pasmina export has decreased because of products incompetency especially with neighboring country China and India.
The export has decreased from 8 arab (12 years ago) NRS to 2 arab Rs.
According to the traders, The raw materials is exported from Nepal at 2 thousand per kilogram and after its refining again Nepal had to buy same for 13 thousands Rs. Such a difference in cost has also forced pasmina industry to face challenges in the trading.
