Axix; freed for merger process

Kathmandu, April 5 – Axix bank has got the way to go for merge. The 9th Annual General Meeting of Axis Development Bank Limited held on Thursday, at Miracle Hotel, Dhulikhel, Kavre has freed Axix for merger process.
The chairman of annual general meeting Bidhur Dhamala presented annual report of fiscal year 068/069.Bank had earned fifty thousand 5 hundered and 63 rupees net profit and collected 10 lakhs thirty eight thousands eight hundered and eighteen NRS deposits within fiscal year.
Axix has total paid up capital of seventy crore eighty lakhs rupees. It has total 11 branches in Nepal.
