fire destroyed 90 houses in Morang
Kathmandu March 27 – The fire catches 90 houses at morang district in Govindapur VDC on Tuesday. Fire has destroyed around the property of 1.5 crore .
The fire developed from the house of Ruplali Miya due to short circuit has harmed 2 hundred and 16 people.Fire has damaged nearby homes alomg with the foodcrops,cash,clothes and utensils and took life of two goats. The homeless people after fire are now staying in tents provided by the Red Cross. The District Natural Disaster Rescue Committee held an urgent meeting and a decided to provide relief to the fire victims.
Chief District Officer Taranath Gautam, SP Shahi and others reached the site to distribute food and Rs 3,000 in cash to each of the family of the fire victims.
as per the Chief District Officer Gautam, the administration will do the needful to help the fire victims, who have only the clothes they are wearing to call their own.
