Former US President Jimmy Carter will reach on March 29

Kathmandu,March 22-
Former US president Jimmy Carter is scheduled to arrive in Kathmandu on March 29. The Kathmandu office of the Carter Centre in a press statement said Carter will meet senior government officials, political leaders, and civil society representatives in support of the Centre's peace monitoring and reporting from Nepal.
In the meetings, he will encourage Nepali sides to ensure that the Constituent Assembly elections are held in time and in a free and fair elections. He will hold a press conference before leaving Kathmandu for Myanmar on April 1.
