Production units of AION EV crosses 1 million mark

KATHMANDU, JULY 24: Since its inception 4 years back,  the AION brand of Electric Vehicle (EV) has surpassed the production of 1,000,000 units. The brand is manufactured by China-based Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC) and is distributed in the Nepali market solely by CG Motors.

 According to a press release issued by CG Motors, this numeric achievement cements AION's position as the world's fastest-growing EV brand, driven by its innovative technology, superior performance, and commitment to sustainability

The AION Y, known for its stylish design, advanced features, and exceptional range, is also claimed to be doing well in the Nepali market.  CG Motors says that the electric four-wheeler aims to contribute to Nepal's sustainable future and provide consumers with a top-tier electric vehicle that combines efficiency, innovation, and affordability.

The AION Y is priced at 5,499,000 in the Nepali market.
