Khoranga Hydropower to hold AGM on Oct 23; Preparations being made to issue IPO

KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 1: Khoranga Hydropower Limited is preparing to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has called an annual general meeting (AGM) on October 23 to propose the issuance of the same.
The company's board of directors held a meeting recently and decided to conduct the AGM at its registered office in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, at 10 AM. The AGM will pass the proposal to issue the IPO and amend the company's memorandum and articles of association.
Additionally, the AGM is expected to approve the financial statements, including the annual report for the last fiscal year 2023/24, and appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year. The AGM will also make necessary decisions regarding the formation of the board of directors, as well as the expenses and allowances for the directors.
