NEPSE index up by over 11.50 points

KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 22 : After three consecutive trading days, the NEPSE index has increased by 11.58 points, rising by 0.44% to reach 2,588.35. Last Sunday, it had decreased by 50.73 points, with further drops of 57.03 points on Monday and 4 points on Wednesday. A total of 12,485,731 shares were traded, resulting in a transaction volume of Rs 5.09 billion from 72,957 trades.
In today's trading session, the shares of 138 companies rose, while 94 companies saw declines, and 12 companies maintained their prices. Among the 13 subgroups, 8 experienced gains, while the remaining subgroups declined. The largest increase was in non-life insurance, which rose by 62.06 points.
