Nepal Airlines to fly its A320 to Bhairahawa

KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 8: The national flag carrier, Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC), is set to conduct a rescue flight between Kathmandu and Bhairahawa on October 10, coinciding with the Fulpati celebration of the Bada Dashain festival.
This initiative aims to assist people in reaching their destinations during the Dashain festival, especially since many highways and roads connecting Kathmandu Valley to various locations have been damaged by floods and landslides, according to Yubaraj Adhikari, Executive Chair of NAC. The decision was made following instructions from Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Badri Prasad Pandey.
According to the NAC flight schedule, the A320 aircraft will depart from Kathmandu at 11:00 AM for Bhairahawa, returning to Kathmandu at 12:30 PM. The fare has been set at Rs 7,000 for the Kathmandu to Bhairahawa flight and Rs 3,890 for the return journey.
