Drivers urged to use alternative route to Hetauda-Phakhel-Kathmandu road

MAKWANPUR, OCTOBER 14: The police have advised drivers to take alternative routes to the Hetauda-Kulekhani-Phakhel-Kathmandu road, which has been disrupted at a location called "Heavy" in the Indrasarobar Rural Municipality.
According to Police Inspector Lalita Dhakal from the Area Police Office in Bhimphedi, the road near the steep incline at Simkhola, Kulekhani, has sustained severe damage, making it impassable even for light vehicles.
Inspector Dhakal urged travellers heading from Hetauda to Kathmandu to use the Tribhuvan Highway or Kanti Highway instead. Local police are currently directing vehicles from Bhainse through Palung on the Tribhuvan Highway as an alternative route to Kathmandu.
