Star Micro Insurance seeks approval for 225,000 IPO issuance

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 6: Star Micro Insurance Company Limited has submitted an application to the Securities Board of Nepal for the issuance of 225,000 IPO shares.
The company registered the application with the board on December 9. To achieve a paid-up capital of NPR 750 million, the company plans to issue 30% of the IPO to the general public. Currently, the company's paid-up capital stands at NPR 525 million.
The IPO issuance and sales management will be handled by NIMB Capital Limited.
