'Hello Health' to respond to citizens' grievances

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 9: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has launched the 'Hello Health' service to address public grievances related to health services across the country. Complaints regarding services provided by the MoHP and its subordinate agencies can be submitted through telephone, WhatsApp, Viber, email, and post.
Grievances can be registered by dialling 1115 or via Viber and WhatsApp at 98513-30592. Additionally, complaints can be sent via email to [email protected].
Minister for Health and Population, Pradeep Poudel, stated that the 'Hello Health' service was established to address citizens' concerns about health services efficiently.
To handle these grievances, a dedicated unit has been formed under the leadership of Dr. Anup Bastola, Chief Consultant for Tropical Medicine at the Ministry. The unit includes Information Officer Dr. Bhakta Bahadur KC, Information Technology Director Rameshraj Subedi, and Section Officer Gauri Prasad Acharya, according to Ministry spokesperson Dr. Prakash Budhathoki.
