Jyoti Group rebranded as Padma Jyoti Group
This is attributed to legal battle between Padma and Jyoti over property

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 16: The Jyoti Group, a prominent business conglomerate, has been rebranded as the Padma Jyoti Group. The announcement was made in program held yesterday in the capital.
Expressing their excitement, the company emphasized that this transformation symbolizes a fresh journey while reaffirming their commitment to overcoming challenges and progressing forward.
In the official statement, the Padma Jyoti Group highlighted its focus on introducing new plans and strategies to shape the future, alongside its trusted and quality-driven brands.
It will be led by Padma Jyoti as chairman along withSaurabh Jyoti, Srijana Shakya, Suhrid Jyoti, and Aarti Jyoti.
It may be noted that the formation of the newly announced group has much to do with the legal battle between Padma Jyoti and his younger brother, Roop Jyoti. The very altercation revolves around property rights and financial obligations.
