Prabin Pandak now CEO of CDS Clearing

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 30: Prabin Pandak has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Central Depository Securities (CDS) Clearing.
The decision was made during the company's board meeting yesterday, according to spokesperson Suresh Nyaupane. Pandak, who previously served as a member of the CDS board, will hold the CEO position for a four-year term.
The CEO position had been vacant for the past three months following the completion of the tenure of the previous CEO, Purna Prasad Acharya.
