KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 31 : The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index has plummeted by 33.08 points on Tuesday, marking a 1.26% drop from the previous day. This significant drop can be attributed to a decline across most of its sub-indices, with only the "Others" category showing an increase.
Nevertheless, the trading activity was brisk, with 13,174,379 shares exchanging hands in 69,923 transactions, resulting in a turnover of Rs. 5.67 billion. This surpasses the previous day's trading volume.
