Gold price up by Rs 2,000 per tola

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 3: The price of gold in Nepal witnessed a significant increase today, rising by Rs 2,000 per tola (11.66 grams). According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, hallmark gold is now priced at Rs 153,000 per tola, up from Rs 151,000 per tola yesterday.
Similarly, the price of silver also saw an increase, climbing by Rs 20 per tola to reach Rs 1,810 per tola.
