Koshi province government to organize Investment Summit in May

MORANG, JANUARY 9: The Koshi Province government cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki in Biratnagar, has decided to organize a two-day Investment Summit from May 1st.
The meeting also approved the presentation of the "Province Mass Communication Management Bill" to the Law, Justice and Province Affairs Committee for discussion.
Furthermore, the cabinet decided to present two bills to the Koshi Province Assembly: the Pesticide Regulation Bill, which aims to regulate the use and sale of pesticides within the province, and the Chief Attorney's Functions, Duties, Powers and Other Conditions of Service Act Amendment Bill, which seeks to amend the existing Act governing the Chief Attorney's role and responsibilities. This amendment bill has been revised by the Law, Justice and Province Affairs Committee.
These decisions were announced by Rewati Raman Bhandari, Spokesperson of the Koshi government and Minister for Internal Affairs and Law.
