F1Soft marks its 21st anniversary

KATHMANDU, MARCH 7: F1Soft, Nepal’s leading fintech company, yesterday celebrated its 21st anniversary. "Over two decades of its professional journey, the company has been providing financial technology solutions in collaboration with banks and financial institutions (BFIs) to revolutionize the country's digital landscape," claims a press release issued by the company. Such solutions pertain to mobile banking, digital wallets, mobile payments, digital lending, and remittance.
Coinciding with the anniversary celebration, the company announced a key leadership transition with Siddhant Thakuri taking over as the new President of F1Soft Group, succeeding founder Biswas Dhakal. Thakuri, who has served as the Group Chief Operating Officer, steps into the role of President, bringing a fresh perspective and a commitment to accelerating F1Soft’s next phase of growth.
