Nabil Bank organizes Walkathon on International Women’s Day

KATHMANDU, MARCH 9: Nabil Bank Limited organized a walkathon on International Women’s Day under the theme "Women in Motion – Accelerate Action" to celebrate women's resilience and achievements.
Chairman Upendra Prasad Poudyal, inaugurating the event at the Head Office yesterday, emphasized the bank’s commitment to women’s leadership and encouraged greater participation in key roles. CEO Gyanendra Prasad Dhungana highlighted that the bank is celebrating women throughout March with various programs, reaffirming its support for female leadership.
The walkathon, held across 12 locations nationwide, saw participation from over 1,200 employees in cities like Kathmandu, Biratnagar, Pokhara, and Nepalgunj. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about gender equality and foster an inclusive society.
