Apex Court declines interim order for Ghising

KATHMANDU, MARCH 28: The Supreme Court (SC) has refused to issue an interim order in favour of Kulman Ghising, Executive Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority. Justice Abdul Aziz Musalman declined to grant the order.
Ghising was removed from his position last Monday by the Cabinet of KP Sharma Oli. Arguing that the decision was unlawful, he filed a writ petition at the SC. The court has summoned both parties for a hearing on Sunday.
