Royal Enfield launches five Variants of classic 350 in Nepal

Locally assembled at Birgunj CKD plant, their prices range from NPR 555,000 to NPR 579,900

KATHMANDU, APRIL 18: Royal Enfield has launched five new variants of its iconic Classic 350 motorcycle in Nepal. It did so by holding an event in the capital today. Assembled locally at the brand’s CKD (Completely Knocked Down) facility in Birgunj, the newly launched models combine heritage with modern design and engineering upgrades, it is said.

Their prices range from NPR 555,000 to NPR 579,900.

Even the entry-level variant comes equipped with premium features such as dual-channel ABS, a full LED headlamp with pilot lamp, a Type-C USB charger, and a gear position indicator. From now on, all Classic 350 variants in Nepal will come with ABS as standard.

The new Classic 350 is offered in seven colours and five distinct variants: Heritage, Heritage Premium, Signals, Classic Dark, and Classic Chrome. Each model reflects Royal Enfield’s rich legacy while incorporating refined engineering and contemporary styling. First launched in the 1950s, the Classic has long represented the essence of pure motorcycling.

Nepali market holds special value: Royal Enfield

During the launch event, Royal Enfield’s Chief Commercial Officer, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, described Nepal as a special market for the brand.

“Within just two years of CKD operations, we’ve been deeply moved by the love and trust shown by Nepali riders,” Guleria said. “Eight out of ten mid-weight motorcycle enthusiasts in Nepal choose Royal Enfield, which continues to inspire us to enhance and refine our products.”

He added, “As we strengthen our customer relationships, we are also expanding our network across Nepal. The all-new Classic 350, with its striking design and advanced engineering, is crafted to offer a thrilling and authentic riding experience for the next generation.”

Variant Highlights:

  • Heritage Series (Madras Red, Jodhpur Blue): Inspired by Royal Enfield’s cultural roots, this variant features a metallic flake finish and golden pinstriping for a distinctly vintage look.

  • Heritage Premium (Medallion Bronze): A richer interpretation of the Classic’s timeless design, offering enhanced aesthetics and elegance.

  • Signals Series (Commando Sand): Celebrates Royal Enfield’s historic ties with the armed forces. The updated design further elevates its appeal.
