Everest Bank launches EBL Virtual Credit Card

The card offers flexible repayment and QR payment features

KATHMANDU, JUNE 3: Everest Bank Limited, as part of its digital service expansion, has launched the EBL Virtual Credit Card service for its customers. The EBL Virtual Credit Card is a fully digital card that can be directly accessed and used through the bank’s mobile banking application.

According to the bank, customers meeting the minimum issuance criteria can avail themselves of this service. With a virtual credit limit ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 500,000, they can easily scan PhonePay QR codes to pay for goods and services, perform online transactions, and manage their cards conveniently.

The bank has stated that customers can utilize the credit facility for up to 45 days. Additionally, a flexible repayment option allows customers to pay anywhere from a minimum of 10 percent to 100 percent of the total outstanding amount, based on their preference.
