All political parties in favour of expediting cable car construction

MARCH 10: All political parties have appealed to the authorities concerned to expedite the construction of a cable car in Pathivara of the Taplejung district. The area has a famous Hindu temple of the Pathivara Goddess. A multiparty meeting of lawmakers of different political parties held yesterday made the very appeal.
The cable car contractor had stated that it would be able to move ahead with the project only after the security of the construction work was ensured. As such, the all-party meeting was convened under the leadership of the Chief District Officer Hira Devi Poudel
In the meeting, the lawmakers said that are ready to collectively facilitate the construction of the project as it is related to the overall development of the district.
The IME Group is undertaking the construction of a cable car connecting Kaphlepaty of Phungling-11 to the Pathibhara temple.
