“Chamber Expo-2024” kicks off

KATHMANDU, MARCH 7: The seventh “Chamber Expo-2024”, has kicked off at Bhrikuti Mandap in the capital. The prime objective behind the expo is to help in the promotion of Nepali products in the international market, according to the organiser-Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC).
In the 4-day expo, there are around 160 stalls both national and international. They are displaying products like handicrafts, food and beverages, garments, books, automobiles, construction materials, electric equipment, etc will be on display. Apart from the commerce-related officials of the Russian and Malaysian embassies, businesspeople from countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and South Korea are taking part in it.
Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Dol Prasad Aryal inaugurated the event and said that this kind of event would go a long way in enhancing the performance of Nepali goods in the international market.
