Gov bans Tik Tok for “threatening social harmony”

KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 13: The government has decided to ban Tik Tok- a popular social media platform in the country. “A meeting of the cabinet today made such a decision stating that the very platform was used to pose a threat to the long-maintained social harmony in the country,” Rekha Sharma, the government spokesperson as well as Minister for Communication and Information.
“There will not be any delay in the implementation of the ban.”
