upandehi, May 27. Province no. 5 has decided to give a public holiday on the occasion of Republic Day on May 29.
The decision applies to the 12 districts in the province. A decision has also been taken to observe the occasion for three days by organising a variety of programmes, according to a notice issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law.
