Suzuki opens Express Service for vehicle used for emergency healthcare

Kathmandu, April 26. CG|Motocorp the authorized distributor for Suzuki four wheelers to Nepal and automotive division of CG|Holdings, has opened maintenance facility to vehicle used for emergency healthcare, ambulance, food supply and security.

The company has said that it is following all the safety protocols laid down by government of Nepal. The company also stated, “IT is our responsibility to ensure that the emergency services, ambulances and security system remain highly mobile during this crisis and for which a highly competent team of technician and service personnel are in standby following the safety protocol”.

The company service outlet in Dhobighat will be carrying out the maintenance during this period of lockdown while other networks will also start doing the same as soon as possible.
The company has also introduced the Service Hotline number 9801571571 to answer any queries related to Suzuki cars. The hotline number can be used by Suzuki customers, through which the company will provide solution where and when possible.

The company has also mentioned that all its service executives of its 39 service outlet are in constant contact with Suzuki customer and can be reachable anytime. The company has also stated the customer can also contact through facebook platform.
