United Modi Hydro power to issue IPO

United Modi Hydro power is going to issue 28 lakh 75 thousand IPO shares on par value NRs. 100. The company will issue 11 lakh 50 thousand shares to locals and 27 lakh 25 thousand shares for general public.
NIBL capital is assigned as issue manager for issuance process. The company’s IPO has received IRCA grade 3, which indicate having average fundamental.
The company has already finished the construction of lower Modi-1, which is connected to National grid from 2069 B.S. The lower Modi-1 has total capacity of 10 MW. Now, the company is looking forward to construct Lower Modi-2 in Kushma, Parbat.
