CitroënC5 Aircross now in Nepal

Kathmandu, Sept 21. Shangrila Motors Private Limited, the sole authorized distributor of Peugeot a French brand vehicle of France since 2017, have been successfully selling Peugeot vehicles in Nepal, now the company is introducing Citroën another popular French brand in Nepal.

Citroën has a long history of more than 100 years since it was founded in March 1919, in 1934, the firm established its reputation for innovative technology with the Traction Avant. This was the world’s first car to be mass-produced with front-wheel drive, four-wheel independent suspension, as well as unibody construction, omitting a separate chassis, and instead using the body of the car itself as its main load-bearing structure.

Citroën new showroom at Thapathali is based on La-Maison (which is a French word means “home”) concept is one of the unique showroom in Nepal.  C5 Aircross is the first Citroën model introduced in Nepal, it is a premium mid-size 5-Seater SUV imported from France.  C5 Aircross is powered by 1.6 liter petrol engine mated to a highly refined 6-speed Automatic Gearbox delivering 165 hp (121 kW) of power and 240 Nm of torque for extremely comfortable journeys and maximizing driving pleasure.
