KATHMANDU, JANUARY 11: Lumbini Development Bank Limited has proposed to distribute a 4.50 cash dividend and a 4 per cent bonus share to its shareholders. “The 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank held today in the capital made such a proposal.
During the meeting, Chintamani Bhattarai, chairperson of the board of the bank, and Chief Executive Officer, Naressh Singh, replied to the queries raised by the participating shareholders.
Lumbini Development Bank has 89 branch offices and one extended branch across the country.
