Upper Syange Hydropower Signs Issue Management Agreement with Siddhartha Capital

Kathmandu, Feb 24. Upper Syange Hydropower Limited(USHL) has successfully signed the Issue Management contract for its 2.4 MW hydropower project with Siddhartha Capital Ltd on February 18, 2021. The project is being promoted by Kriti Venture Fund Ltd, Vesna Venture Pvt. Ltd, and other individual investors.

The project is located in Marsyangdi Rural Municipality of Lamjung district. Chairman of USHL, Mr. BirBahadurGhale stated that despite the impact of Covid-19, the project is nearing completion and within the budget.

Prime Commercial Bank has been the sole debt partner and Machhapuchchhre Kriti Capital Ltd (Formerly Kriti Capital & Investments Ltd) has been providing Corporate Advisory Services since the inception of USHL.
