Sanima Bank launches omni channel banking

Kathmandu, Dec 31. Sanima Bank has become the first Bank in Nepal to introduce omni channel digital banking services. The Bank has upgraded its existing Sanima SajiloeBanking service since 31st December 2020 with the intention of providing a truly digital banking experience for customers and non-customers alike.
The Bank’s various services can now be availed by using SanimaSajiloeBanking application (mobile app) or web browser making it accessible through mobile phones, laptops, tablets and computers..
With the new version, users can now experience additional and unique digital services like sending digital cash to non-Bank customers for counter withdrawal,making deposits using digital vouchers, scheduling appointments at the Bank, applying for loans and opening accounts, inquiry about digital banking products, etc.in addition to the existing features like account information, fund transfers, QR code payments, opening fixed deposits and online payments. Non-Bank users can receive cash sent from e-cash and inquiry about digital banking products.
Existing user’s mobile banking will be auto-updated, if not; users can download and update Sanima SajiloeBanking from app/play store or log in tohttps://sajiloebanking.sanimabank.com/to experience the new services.
Sanima Bank has been providing banking services from 85 full-fledged branches, 14 extension counters and 83 ATM networks in all 7 provinces.
