State of the Art Suzuki Service Facility in Dallu, KTM
Kathmandu, Sept 26 . CG|Motocorp, the authorized distributor of Suzuki four wheeler to nepal and automotive division of CG|Holdings has inaugurated a State of the Art Service Facility in Dallu, KTM. The facility was inaugurated jointly by Mr. Kinji Saito, managing Officer, Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan and Mr Arun Chaudhary, Chairman and Managing Director, CG|Holdings.
The after sales facility build in massive 23381.52 Sq FT has built in capacity to service more than 2000 cars every month. According to the company the work floor has 11 bays with two bays being express bay and one dedicated bay for wheel alignment.
The facility incorporates all the state-of-the-art equipment like Suzuki Diagnostic Tool, 3D Wheel Alignment System, Auto Brake Bleeder, Centralized Lubricant System, Fuel injector Cleaners, Air Condition Refilling and Leakage Detector, Compressor Testing System, Wheeler balancer, digital Pressure Gauge, Econo Tester for Mileage Check, Refractometer, Oil Pressure Gauge and all special tools as per suzuki guidelines for maintenance of suzuki vehicles.
The After sales facility also incorporates a complete adherence to service quality standard with dedicated customer care unit for service reminders and post service quality check. The company states to have provided best training to all service team members involved and is based on objective to provide best care of suzuki cars and customer interest.
The company has Established a dedicated Product Training Center inside the facility itself to ensure the team members are up to date. The statement also highlighted the facility of Pick and Drop system and Mobile Service van to further assist customers for quality suzuki after sales care.
According to Mr Shyam Shrestha, Business unit head- after sales unit, “Customer satisfaction is the key in which this service facility is built upon. We have invested on systems and process that will ensure quality care of suzuki cars. We have always believed in providing as many touch points for service as possible to ensure that any breakdowns any where is taken care of. This the core of our vision of having 1 service center in every 70 km radius and this dallu facility is a addition to same”.
Suzuki claims of having largest after sales touch points with 39 service centers and more than 350 Certified spare parts outlet across the country.
