NRB and BOK enter MoU for Knowledge Partnership Programme

Kathmandu, Aug 27 . The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Bank of Korea (BOK) of South Korea have signed a memorandum of understanding for Knowledge Partnership Programme here today.
Director of the Office of Governor in NRB, Govinda Prasad Nagila signed the MoU on behalf of NRB while BOK’s International Affairs Department’s Deputy General Director Ji Yong Jung signed the agreement from BOK side.
It is believed that the Programme would furnish recommendations at policy-level for the expansion of Nepal’s financial literacy movement and financial inclusiveness.
During the programme, employees in both banks would get to exchange their experience, knowledge and ideas on banking with one another. Such programme was implemented in 2017 and 2018 too.
