Usha Khatiwada Appointment as CEO at NRNIL

Kathmandu, August 5 . “NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRNIL) has been registered in Kathmandu under the Company Act 2063,” in Nepal (September, 2012) with a main motive of collective investment at hydropower sector in initial phase and to explore other investment avenues of national priorities too in future. Initially the company was registered in the name NRN Investment Limited which was changed to NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited in February 2, 2017.
Ms. Usha Khatiwada is currently a PhD scholar with Tribhuvan University. She has participated in several training programs and seminars in Nepal and abroad. Awarded with Nuffic scholarship, she has attended UNESCO sponsored training programmes in water management in The Netherlands.
She was invited as a speaker at the Hydro Vision International Conference at Minnieapolis, Minnieasota, USA in June 2016, Hydro-2015, Bordeaux, France in October, 2015 and many other International conferences in Netherland, Norway, Srilanka, Vietnam, Korea etc. She has experience of working as Chief Operating Officer for NRN Investment Ltd- now NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited, for five years.
Earlier as HR & Admin Manager for Sanima Life Insurance Limited, Senior HR & Administrative officer for two years for Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited and as HR officer for five years in Sanima Hydropower Ltd, currently she is appointed as Chief Executive Officer for NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited.
