Bill relating to passport returned to HoR

Kathmandu, May 22 . The Office of the President has returned the Bill designed to amend and integrate laws relating to passport to the House of Representatives. The Bill was sent back for ‘reconsideration’ as per Article 113 (3) of Constitution of Nepal.
The Bill upon certification by the Speaker of the House of Representatives had been submitted to the President for certification as per Article 113 (2) of the Constitution, according to a statement issued by spokesperson of the Office Chabindra Parajuli.
