Tara Airlines aircraft meets accident

Ramechhap, April 22 . An aircraft of Tara Airlines met with an accident at Manthali airport of Ramechhap in course of landing today.
The Dornier aircraft with the cal sign 9N-AKK flown to Phaplu of Solukhumbu carrying 14 foreigners had returned back to Manthali airport of Ramechhap after it failed to make a landing at Phaplu due to bad weather.
The aircraft met with an accident after it skidded off the runway. The front part of the aircraft suffered damages in the incident. Chief of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, Ramechhap, Amit Kumar Chaurasiya said that all the passengers and crew members are safe. The airport has been closed after the incident, according to the CAAN, Ramechhap.
