Case filed against ex-commissioner Pathak

Kathmandu, March 26 . A corruption case has been filed at Special Court against then commissioner at the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), Raj Narayan Pathak.
CIAA Spokesperson Pradip Kumar Koirala has informed that the case was filed against former commissioner Pathak for the abuse of authority by taking bribe of Rs 7.8 million on settlement of dispute relating to an engineering college.
