The civil servant gave the amount he forcibly and unethically received to one fruits supplier Dhruba Khadka of Jorpati Chowk. The CIAA team caught him red-handed while taking the amount back from Khadka from the Jorpati chowk-based Sapkota Sweets House on Thursday evening.
