Conference on OBOR from Wednesday
Kathmandu, Feb 25. A two-day international conference on ‘One Belt: One Road’ (OBOR) is going to be kicked off from upcoming Wednesday in Kathmandu.
Nepal Automobiles Association (NADA) is the organizer of the event where altogether 140 participants from 12 countries including India, China, the USA, South Africa and Sri-Lanka among others will attend the event, it was shared in a press conference organized here today.
During the conference, participants will discuss on issues as Nepal and OBOR Initiative, Physical Infrastructures and Developments, Tourism and Trade, Safe Transportation among others.
Participants include representatives from government and non-government agencies working in the transportation sectors, shared Youth Community for Nepali Contractor President, Ananda Subedi.
Subedi said, “The event will deliberate on the issues relating to Nepal’s connectivity within the country and with other countries.”
Former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” is scheduled to inaugurate the conference.
