Fire breaks out in woolen factory

Kathmandu, Dec. 29 . Properties worth Rs 20 million gutted in a fire that broke out in Bhagawati Woolen Factory at Gokarneshwor Municipality-4 in Kathmandu.
The generator machine, raw materials of the woolen factory and other goods were destroyed in the fire incident occurred on Friday following the electricity leakage while thrashing the wool, the Nepal Police Headquarters said on Saturday.
Meanwhile, clothes, utensils and other properties were destroyed after the fire occurred on Friday night in a rented room of Dhurba Dahal at Tahachal in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-13.
Furthermore, the police said that 36-year-old Dawa Sherpa of Dolakha and currently living at Gokarneshwor Municipality-8 was arrested on charge of attacking local Nirmal Sunuwar with a knife.RSS
