Tarigaun airport to resume its operation

Tulsipur, Oct 2 .Tarigaun airport, which has remained closed for long, is coming into operation again.
A test flight is taking place today as per an agreement reached between Tulsipur sub-metropolis Mayor Ghanashyam Pandey and Nepal Airlines Corporation’s Chairperson Madan Kharel on Monday.
“Preparations are being made to operate air service twice a week”, said Ashok Sigdel, Spokesperson of the NAC.
Most probably the flight service will be operational on Monday and Friday in a week before the Dashain festival with the completion of test service, Sigdel added. “The air service will come into effect within a week after completing all ude processes”, he further informed.
