Minister Tamang announces to quit post on moral ground

Kathmandu, July 24. Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sher Bahadur Tamang, has announced that he would resign from his post.
Organising a press meet this afternoon at his Singha Durbar-based office, the minister who now faces wide criticisms for his controversial remarks on Nepali medical girls students who are studying or have studied in Bangladesh said he is submitting his resignation before Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on moral ground.
The minister who has been in the post for the past four months said he would be always with the government for its “prosperous Nepal and happy Nepali campaign” no matter where he would be.
