Rs 10 million allocated to host Karnali investment conference

Surkhet, July 6. The Karnali Province has allocated budget of around 30 million to the Economic Affairs and Planning Ministry to implement various programmes.
Of the budget, Rs 10 million is meant for hosting the provincial-level investment conference with development partners, this is mentioned in the Red Book issued by the province government.
Earlier, the Karnali government in its policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year announced to organize the conference to attract (possible) investors to the province, comprising districts 10 districts in the mid-western Nepal.
Issues relating to property management to English writing and speaking training for employees have been incorporated in the ministry programmes to be implemented in the upcoming fiscal year.
