Simrik Air chopper crashes at Grande Hospital helipad

Kathmandu, June 30 . A helicopter of Simrik Air crashed while landing on the roof helipad of Grande International Hospital this afternoon. However, no casualties were reported, said the Hospital administration organising a press conference after the incident.
The chopper with the call sign 9N-ALR slipped upon landing and fell down floor of the hospital, said Senior Superintendent of Police Bishworaj Pokharel, adding that its wings received damage.
The aircraft had landed on the helipad to take doctors and necessary medical equipments to treat a patient in Chitwan, said public relations officer Binod Adhikari.
