Indian Bajaj Auto Ltd., provides Rs 16 crore to help Nepal

Kathmandu, June-12 Bajaj Auto Ltd. ,India Provides Rs. 16 crore to India's Prime Minister's Relief Fund as a contribution to support the rehabilitation and rebuilding efforts in Nepal after the massive earthquake. The aid will be redirected to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund in Nepal.

Moreover, Bajaj Auto Ltd., India has also contributed a sum of Rs 80 lakhs to SEWA, an NGO working for the needy and self-employed women workers in Nepal.

Speaking on the same, Executive Director of Hansraj Hulaschand and Company Pvt. Ltd., Mr.Shekhar Golchha said, "We are grateful to Bajaj for its contribution in rebuilding of the nation and also in rehabilitating the affected people. We are honored to be working with Bajaj and it is our pledge to support the organization for its relief projects in Nepal."
